Collection Process
Our 4-Step process provides for two notices before proceeding with Legal Action. This allows for Eviction Filing 30 days after the 1st of the month and can be customized to accelerate Legal action if desired.

Past Due Rent - First Notice
5 days after 1st of the month - notifies of balance and any applicable fees

Past Due Rent - Second Notice
10 days after 1st of the month - notifies of balance and provides 5 day payment deadline before legal action
03
Notice to Pay or Quit
15 days after 1st of the month - legal notice provides 14 day period to pay or quit per Massachusetts law
04
Notice of Eviction Filing
30 days after the 1st of the month - legal notice of failure to Pay or Quit and proceeding with Eviction Filing
